Job Description
The Company:
A leading superannuation financial services team is seeking an experienced senior risk manager to lead a team to respond to the increase in regulations and standards in the industry. The company is looking to fill a 12 month contract position with the view of an extension.
The role is to oversee the risk and compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Role:
- Implementation and maintenance of the company's risk management framework
- Review current framework to implement changes to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and mitigate risk
- Manage and maintain a supportive team culture that aligns with the companies core values
- Promoting and ensuring regulatory compliance across all superannuation teams
- Forecast and capitalise on emerging risks and opportunities in the regulatory environment
- Support product development team from a risk perspective
You Need:
- Must have 5+ years experience in superannuation industry
- Bachelors of Business Degree
- Experience in a risk managerial position
- Exposure in end to end development of risk framework
- Excellent stakeholder management
