Job Description
The Company:
A leading superannuation financial services team is seeking an experienced risk consultant to respond to the increase in regulations and standards in the industry.
The role is in the risk and compliance team and will focus on the enhancement of the risk and control environment to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Role:
- Implementation and maintenance of the company's risk management framework
- Review current framework and ensure continuous improvement of controls system
- Promoting and ensuring regulatory compliance across all superannuation teams
- Forecast and capitalise on emerging risks and opportunities in the regulatory environment to improve service for customers
You must have:
- Must have 5+ years experience in financial services and regulatory exposure
- Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Finance or similar
- Strong understanding of regulatory risk, compliance, change management and process design
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Problem solving and genuine interest
- Excellent communication, written and people skills
