Duties:
Apply your industry knowledge and experience to your portfolio while delivering service and quality. You will be involved in the end to end management of predominantly IP and TPD claims management, managing and assessing your own portfolio, initiating claims investigations, liaising between medical professionals, assessing claims on a daily basis and focused on best practice and positive outcomes for clients.

You:
You will be an experienced Senior Case Manager with at least 3 years experience working within life / lump sum insurance.

  • Demonstrated experience within claims management
  • Experience of case management and responsibility for a claims portfolio
  • Clinical experience within Allied Health highly desirable
  • Excellent time management with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proactive and effective communication skills to manage relationships with rehab providers, medical practitioners and employers
