The role is a Sales & Service Consultant within the life insurance team, there is plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
- Consultancy based retentions of existing life insurance customer in a phone-based environment;
- Managing and handling inbound and outbound calls to retail existing members;
- Retain and increase customer loyalty;
- Focus on first call resolutions, provide solutions and handle objections empathetically in a timely manner.
- Handling objections, providing solutions, and a focus on first call resolutions.
- 12 month's minimum experience within a sale focused phone-based role is essential;
- Exposure to up-selling or cross-selling products is highly regarded;
- Ability to handle objections, examine issues and provide solutions within a timely manner;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate;
- Work autonomously as well as a team focused attitude;
- Ability to building rapport.
