This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and driven person who is working within the superannuation industry to gain a unique perspective on all superannuation and pension products. The ideal person will work with a highly regarded team to produce quality product research for financial advisers, institutions and the public.

In this role, reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for providing a first class research and analysis service on superannuation products

Key duties

  • Work in the research team on a range of superannuation products
  • Analyse various superannuation products, reviewing PDS and ensuring all changes on products are updated
  • Assist with producing regular investment performances and asset allocations surveys
  • Assist in analysis for research papers in relation to superannuation, investment, and insurance issues
  • Maintain relationships with product teams of all major providers to ensure high quality data
  • Participate in the specification and User Acceptance Testing of new systems and system enhancements
  • Assist in the assessment of communications and educations materials for Superannuation products

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in superannuation - specific product knowledge or experience with superannuation providers is beneficial
  • Degree qualified in Actuarial or Business/Commerce
  • Sound understanding of the Superannuation industry at a legislative, product and provider level
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for 'getting it right"
  • Excellent comprehension skills and communication skills both written & verbal
  • Disciplined work practices and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and deliver findings in a concise manner
