Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Marketing team based in Sydney CBD.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team on a daily basis
The Role
- Assisting the Marketing Team on a daily basis completing daily admin tasks and providing support to internal stakeholders
- Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders i.e. stock is managed, ordered and competitive prices obtained
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific campaigns and their activations are delivered efficiently
- Setting, communicating and maintaining activation time-lines and priorities in conjunction with the Marketing team and Campaign Manager
- Building relationships and working with day-to-day contacts both internal and externally
Your Profile
- Third level degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working within a Marketing environment
- Strong knowledge within Superannuation, Financial Services or Insurance
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to form, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team
