Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Administrator who has experience and knowledge working in a Financial Services environment

The Role:
- Support preparation of marketing materials for sales team and promotional materials for distribution
- Ensuring that the calendar of events/visits is kept up to date and all preparation in prepared in advance to event
- Assist on the company's events organization, support from end to end
- Provide support to a marketing team producing reports in various form and completing formatting
- Producing content for publications, website, brochures etc.and working with internal stakeholders to obtaining required information in a timely manner
- Work with internal Departments on their Marketing requirements
Ideally you will have:
- 2 years' experience working in a Marketing Administration role
- Degree Qualified in Marketing / Communications or related area
- Previous experience in an office based customer service or marketing role
- Have excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong organisational, problem solving and team work skills
- Essential that you are a good communicator, along with having excellent writing / editing skills
- Experience in Financial Services
