About the role:

In this role you will report to a senior manager and will be responsible for managing a team of phone based advisers. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Drive a culture of quality general & limited advice for customers
  • Coach & Mentor the team to assist in achieving individual and organisational outcomes
  • Provide technical SME to the team where required
  • Ensure all compliance standards are adhered to
  • Identify and develop solutions that can result in process efficiency and simplification
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders on key projects

About your background:

  • Previous experience in leading a team of phone based advisers within a retail, corp, industry super.
  • Relevant industry qualifications ie. ADFP, Degree and/or CFP
  • Strong knowledge base of advice models, financial planning, superannuation, retirement planning and recent legislative changes
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service
