As a Lending Manager, you will be responsible to grow home loan sales and provide full banking solutions to customers and to deliver growth which meets objectives. You will work closely with the clients banking teams to help identify and grow the home loan opportunities from within the company's commercial clients as well as through developing your own network of clientele.
- Work closely with the clients banking teams to identify and grow the home loans opportunities;
- Develop your own network of clients as well as maintain relationship with existing clientele;
- Working in a team oriented product sales environment will ensure success in the achievement of both individual and team targets.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 year's minimum experience as a mortgage broker is essential
- Previous consumer lending experience in banking is desirable, but not essential
- Good understanding of the full range of transactional and lending products
- Exceptional relationship building and business development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and conflict resolution skills
