Our client:
Leading global commercial bank which adopts customer focused approach and embodies great work life balance initiatives. They are currently seeking a Mandarin speaking Home Lending Manager.
You must have excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. You will be responsible for managing key relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients with home lending needs.
The Role:
- Seek new business opportunities through 3rd party referral networks
- Effectively market and sell home loan products
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining smooth and timely communication of information to operational staff
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct after lending management
- Maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge to excel across compliance requirements
- Assist with process improvement and recommendations to meet customer demand and enhance existing home loan products
You Need:
- 3+ years' experience in home lending
- MUST have strong verbal skills in Mandarin and English
- Tertiary Degree in Business, Finance or any related degrees
- Great negotiation and customer service building skills
- Good data analysis and report writing skills
- Understanding of banking and retail operations
