This opportunity will see you responsible for providing exceptional customer service in relation to general insurance claims, answering incoming queries from customers, assessing and processing claims, liaising with external providers to facilitate repairs and maintaining a proactive approach in keeping your customers
This position will work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm, no weekend work required. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody with a background within contact centre customer services to now transition into becoming an insurance claims case manager, with plenty of training & support offered to help launch your corporate career.
- At least 12 months experience within a customer focused role within a contact centre is essential;
- Desire to succeed within a high performing customer centric environment;
- Previous experience in hospitality with the transition into corporate is highly regarded;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve, identify issues and provide solutions with the customers best interest.
