The opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity for a solutions specialist to join one of Australia's leading institutions with a fun and dynamic atmosphere.

The role:

This role is engaging and exceptional opportunity for a driven sales inclined person to develop your skills and to grow within the business.

The role is a 6-month contract with full time hours, starting ASAP with an opportunity to go perm.

Key duties:

  • Responsible for administration of retail life insurance policies;
  • Processing and investigating complex cases and actioning incoming mail from both internal and external third parties;
  • Actioning requests and tasks to a high level to meet key metrics whilst complying with company regulations and requirements.

Skills & experience:

  • 12 months experience in an administration- based role;
  • Need to have intermediate excel skills and excellent written communication skills;
  • High attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Must be good with systems, strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reach targets/ meet deadlines.
