As a Home Loan Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Communicating daily with clients past and present - maintaining that all important relationship
- All administration to do with home loans from application to contracts
- Database management and administration
- Team assistance to the senior members of the team
- Discussing the home loan process with customers - assisting with general information
Whilst they are relatively flexible in the person that joins the team there are a couple of must have requirements - you must have experience with home loans, you need to be able to understand the process and how it works. In addition to this you are a real administration master, you have a high attention to detail and have great verbal and written communication skills.
