About the role:
This role gives opportunities to gain exposure to different departments within the business. You will be responsible for the onboarding and cancelation component of the member journey, including membership processing and taking inbound enquires about these processes from the frontline team.
Skills & Experience:
- 12 months experience within administrative support-based role. Financial services advantageous but not essential
- Fast and accurate typing, strong word processing / word skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to problem solve and excellent written and verbal communication
