This role is a customer focused role where you will be taking inbound calls in regards to loans, mortgages and applications. The focus will be working towards quality and not quantity and to ensure customer satisfaction is met as a team. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop within the organisation and the upskill your abilities. The role is an 8am - 8pm rotating roster.
Skills & Experience:
- 12 months experience within administrative support-based role. Financial services advantageous but not essential;
- Prior call centre experience is essential, strong communication skills over the phone and ability to build rapport with customers;
- Fast and accurate typing, strong word processing / word skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to problem solve and excellent written and verbal communication.
