This role is a customer focused role where you will be taking inbound calls in regards to loans, mortgages and applications. Skills & Experience:
- 12 months experience within administrative support-based role. Financial services advantageous but not essential;
- Prior call centre experience is essential, strong communication skills over the phone and ability to build rapport with customers;
- Fast and accurate typing, strong word processing / word skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to problem solve and excellent written and verbal communication.
