The Opportunity:

This role is a great way for someone to start their insurance career in an inbound call centre with no sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Achieve KPIs and Targets in line with the team;
- Inbound contact centre role adhering to customer needs;
- Updating customer profiles and attending to general membership queries;
- Assist customers who have indicated they wish to cancel their policy
- Work with the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager to meet agreed individual and team targets;
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role within a contact centre;
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask when generating correspondence for customers as well as updating information on systems;
