In this role, you will be working with senior internal stakeholders ensuring the continuous change which is taking place in compliance and regulations is managed and supported within the organisation. The compliance manager will work on continuous projects from end to end ensuring effective implementation throughout the organisation
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor changes in the legislation and compliance superannuation industry, analyse how these affect the company and impact the organisation
- Continuously work with internal and external stakeholders ensuring procedures and guidelines are maintained and kept up to date with regulation requirements
- Identify risk which may arise and manage the risk frameworks in accordance
- Supporting the ongoing control frameworks
- SME and point of contact for all regulatory requirements and change
You must have:
- Demonstrated experience within regulatory and compliance change role with the success of delivering key operational strategies and objectives
- Collaborative management style with ability to motivate & engage the team
- Proven knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements within Superannuation/Wealth
- Attention to detail and consistency coupled with problem solving and thinking outside the box
