About the role
The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Assist and support clients and advisers by being the key point of contact
- Help to build and maintain client relationships through outstanding customer service
- Support client review activities
- Client portfolio review
- Reverse fact find
- Opt in
- Manage complex implementations in an accurate and timely manner
- Support client services officers with administrative tasks
- Conduct scenario modelling within Xplan
Successful candidate will have the following:
- Diploma in Financial Services
- Proven experience working within Xplan software
- Exposure to risk and compliance requirements within financial services
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
