Job Description

This is an exciting role with a company experiencing rapid growth and recognition in the industry.

As a Client Service officer with this company you will:

  • Handle inbound queries and technical questions
  • Provide training both over the phone and on client sites
  • Conduct support calls to assess potential user needs
  • Support the production and rollout of webinars, reports, newsletters and bulletins
  • Support the BDM's where required in their new business activities

This is an ideal opportunity if you:

  • Have exposure to the Financial Planning industry either within a Adviser Support or Paraplanning role
  • Have good experience in using Financial Planning software - eg: COIN or Xplan
  • Experience within a technical softwware support role with a provider will be highly regarded
  • Have experience of sales in IT based solutions
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to use the suite of Microsoft products eg: Excel and Powerpoint preferred
