Job Description
This is an exciting role with a company experiencing rapid growth and recognition in the industry.
As a Client Service officer with this company you will:
- Handle inbound queries and technical questions
- Provide training both over the phone and on client sites
- Conduct support calls to assess potential user needs
- Support the production and rollout of webinars, reports, newsletters and bulletins
- Support the BDM's where required in their new business activities
This is an ideal opportunity if you:
- Have exposure to the Financial Planning industry either within a Adviser Support or Paraplanning role
- Have good experience in using Financial Planning software - eg: COIN or Xplan
- Experience within a technical softwware support role with a provider will be highly regarded
- Have experience of sales in IT based solutions
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to use the suite of Microsoft products eg: Excel and Powerpoint preferred
