- Providing proficient administrative support to Private Client Advisers and Consultants;
- Implementation of platform transactions including data entry, business trades and actions as well as account openings;
- Ensure record keeping is up to date and complaint with constant maintenance and checking;
- Management of phone, website and email queries;
- The provision of personal limited advice via electronic communication.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous years experience in similar role;
- RG146 qualified;
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks at hand with ability to take responsibility, initiative and assume accountability when completing set tasks;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
