About the role:


An opportunity has arisen for a proven Client Service Manager to join a team with a diverse portfolio of business

Key Duties:

  • Supporting Financial Planners across multiple products
  • Providing touch point support for all areas of the process
  • Acting as coach and mentor to more junior staff
  • Supporting senior leaders in implementing service strategy
  • Ad hoc responsibilities in large team

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Wealth Management
  • Ideally RG146 or Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability and experience to train, coach and develop
