The Company:

Our client is a boutique that specialises on providing strategic advice with the goal of providing customers with an effective strategy to help them achieve their financial goals within a timeframe. The objective of the Client Relationship Coordinator is to provide support to advisers and clients via face to face, email and over the phone. The ideal candidate will experience working in the financial planning space preparing Statements of Advice, administrative and transactional client work.

The Key Duties:

  • Providing central administration support to the financial planning team and client support
  • Coordinating administrative and transactional client work including preparation of SoAs
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder communication and management
  • CRM & XPLAN support
  • Assist in marketing and continuous improvement projects
  • Outbound Call Support for the Marketing, Business Operations and Financial Planning Teams
  • Undertake training and development to meet compliance objectives

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in similar role within Financial Planning
  • DFP and Bachelors Degree as a minimum
  • Desired to be working towards ADFP or intention to complete further studies
  • Attention to detail is a must with a professional telephone manner
  • Good understanding of Financial Planning, Superannuation products and services
  • Working knowledge of Financial Planning software (COIN, XPLAN, etc)
