The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Claims Specialist within the field of Equipment and construction.
- Handling Claims from start to finish on behalf of large-scale clients across multiple products including Construction / ISR, Heavy Plant and Equipment;
- Client and Relationship Management to ensure exceptional service is provided;
- Adherence to SLA's and service standards;
- Development of best practice.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 year's + experience managing end to end claims preferably within commercial property or construction;
- Insurance qualifications highly regarded;
- Track record of managing a complex case load;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to deal with stakeholders internal & external.
