Porterallen are currently seeking career minded Call Centre and Customer Service professionals to join one of Australia's largest financial institutions.
We are on the lookout for outstanding customer service consultants. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven and high-volume environment within a culture and working environment unlike any other.
This role will see you:
- Providing customer service support to our many customers to assist them and provide the best possible customer experience
- Facilitate outbound calls
- Act with urgency and respond to customer inquiries or requests immediately (phone and email)
- Someone who can master complex financial products and systems effortlessly
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Great phone contact handling skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Confidence in taking ownership of difficult calls with customers in challenging and sensitive circumstances
- Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Experience working in an inbound contact centre (desirable)
- Demonstrated attention to detail
