We are working with a leader in Insurance broking and Financial Services and has a reputation in local and international markets. They are looking for entry level account brokers to join their team and build their broking career in a collaborative working culture.
The Role:
- Support brokers with servicing Commercial Insurance portfolio.
- Help the senior brokers in New business and renewals.
- Broker Administration tasks like invoicing, endorsements, and renewals.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and in person.
Skills:
- Experience in contact centre, broking, claims or underwriting support for at least 1 year.
- Strong administrative skills and relationship building
- Able to handle high volume support work with high attention and detail
- Team Player
